Welcome to the Ultrafit Challenge! By participating in one of our nutrition and fitness
challenges, you are committing yourself to the ultimate body transformation. We are looking
for motivated individuals, eager to shed inches, build lean muscle, increase self-confidence,
and have fun!
Why should you do this? Because our programs are about making total lifestyle changes that create
positive results in both body and spirit. Our average weight loss for a 6-week program is between 8-18
pounds! Our average body fat % reduction for a 6-week program is 6-8%! Our average number of inches lost
for a 6-week program is between 20-40 inches overall! Imagine making these types of changes in
ONLY 6 WEEKS!
Ultrafit Challenges are open to both Frog’s Fitness gym members, as well as non-members.
As an Ultrafit Challenge participant, here’s what you’ll get:
Body fat testing and measurements both pre- and post-Challenge
Weekly (private) weigh-ins with Ultrafit Consultants
The official Ultrafit Nutrition Systems Binder, with pages of nutrition tips and workout guides to help you achieve your goals
Weekly Ultrafit menus, grocery lists and recipes
Weekly food log analysis
Weekly nutrition and fitness updates/handouts
Two 60-min. cross-training group workouts per week with pro-trainers and fitness instructors (at a specified Frog’s Fitness location)
